• Hi there,

the Deppelink functionality seems to have a bug. Once the link to the same post has been selected once, whether or not the setting are changed again, the posts will continue to be linked.

The functionality is great, but it should be expanded a lot. Have a look at seo smarty links.
It allows to select for example if links can or cannot be included into the headings, or if auto link should appear in post, pages or both.
These two are very fundamental part of an auto link plugin.

I want to make sure I understand the issue you’re describing. On the “Content Link Settings” tab of Deeplink Juggernaut, when you change the “Allow posts to link to themselves” setting, the change doesn’t seem to take effect on the site. Is that correct? If so, do you have any caching plugins that could be showing older versions of your posts? If you do, try clearing your caching plugin’s cache files and see if that fixes the problem.

Also, thanks for the feature suggestions.

    Hi John.

As a matter of fact the change take effect the first time, so the link on the same post start to be linked.
The problem is when you deselect the checkbox to don’t have the same post linked anymore.
In that circumstance the change doesn’t action, and link continue to be shown.

No, there aren’t caching plug-in or functionality in place at the moment.
