[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] Forcing Canonical HTTP

We are having an issue where the canonical tag generator is creating canonical tags that are both HTTP and HTTPs, depending on the version of the page visited.

For example, if you got to https://example.com the canonical is HTTP, but if you go to https://example.com the canonical is HTTPs. We always want it to be HTTP.

We understand there is an underlining issue with WP that if you use SSL, people and search engines can get to both versions, but that is WP and we are hoping this plugin can fix the issue with the canonical tag generator.
