[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] [Plugin: SEO Ulitmate] Canonicalizer killing paging

I’m using Atahualpa with a template that provides posts within pages and paging. I found that the SEO Ultimate plugin, specifically the Canonicalizer is causing the page urls to send a 404 on the first load (reload works).
When I disable the plugin or just that feature the paging works properly.
