It appears this issue may be specific to your site, likely due to a CSS/JavaScript conflict with your theme or plugins. If possible, please provide the following details to help us resolve this efficiently:
- WooCommerce System Report: Go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.
- Theme Information: Let us know which theme you’re using, and if it’s paid, please share the zip file so we can install it for testing.
- Plugin Conflict Check: Please activate the auction plugin, then deactivate other plugins one by one to see if the issue disappears. If you identify a plugin that resolves the issue upon deactivation, please let us know the plugin’s name.
- WooCommerce Error Log: You can access error logs by navigating to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs, then selecting the relevant error log file and clicking “View.”
You can share this information with us through this contact form. We’ll review it and get back to you.
Thank you!
