I have a problem, and that is that the settings are not saved, I change anything and when I click on save it does not save, such as Allow the administrator to bid in his own auction. At first it was fine, now suddenly it doesn’t save anymore. I hope your help!

    Hi @davidvillard,

We have reviewed your query regarding the auction settings not being saved as expected. Could you please clarify how you identified this issue? Did you encounter any error or warning messages while saving the settings? Is the checkbox for the “Allow Administrator to bid on their own auction” option not functioning correctly (enabling/disabling)? Or are you unable to place a bid as an admin on the auction product? Please specify which of these issues you are facing.

To assist you better, kindly provide the following:

-> Share the Woocommerce System Report, which can be found in WP Admin > Woocommerce > Status > Get System Report.
-> Record a video demonstrating the issue and share it with us, so we can better understand the problem.

    Thank You

    Hello @davidvillard,

We reviewed the video you shared and understand the issue you demonstrated.

We attempted to replicate this on our server, but the auction settings functioned as expected, saving changes correctly when enabled or disabled by the admin. Please see the attached video for reference.

It appears this issue may be specific to your site, likely due to a CSS/JavaScript conflict with your theme or plugins. If possible, please provide the following details to help us resolve this efficiently:

    1. WooCommerce System Report: Go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.
    2. Theme Information: Let us know which theme you’re using, and if it’s paid, please share the zip file so we can install it for testing.
    3. Plugin Conflict Check: Please activate the auction plugin, then deactivate other plugins one by one to see if the issue disappears. If you identify a plugin that resolves the issue upon deactivation, please let us know the plugin’s name.
    4. WooCommerce Error Log: You can access error logs by navigating to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs, then selecting the relevant error log file and clicking “View.”

You can share this information with us through this contact form. We’ll review it and get back to you.

    Thank you!
