Plugin settings are missing or changed

Yep, I think I found another strange double-encryption bug in certain conditions. Here’s what I’m working off of now: https://github.com/Pardot/pardot-for-wordpress/pull/13

It seems to fix things in those certain conditions. I’m working on testing this again as well.

As of the last commit, the release candidate for 1.4.3 (use the trunk folder) seems to be holding strong in the conditions I saw it un-authenticating.

Feel free to try this out as I continue to test—if all keeps going well, I’ll release this weekend.
