• I can’t even set up this plugin because these buttons in Settings don’t load correctly. I assume they should be toggle switches, but since they do nothing, I can’t even get this plugin started to work.

  • Hey Kevin,

I totally get your frustration, but I can’t seem to replicate the issue you’re facing with the plugin. I tested it, and it’s working fine on my end. Check out this link: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuLJ4yj

It’s possible there’s a conflict with another plugin. Try deactivating all other plugins, except for the one in question, and see if it helps. Also, make sure your PHP version is 7.4 or higher, as the plugin might require it.

Give these suggestions a shot, and let me know if it works. If you need further help, just drop me more details about your setup.

Fingers crossed for a quick fix!

PHP version is fine here; it seems Date Picker conflicts with Adobe’s plugin, which I really need to use, so maybe that’s my brick wall. I tried to see if Date Picker worked fully while I had Adobe’s plugin deactivated, but the instructions on this page are a little jumbled: I followed Step 1 and then Step 3B, ending up with an entry in my form like this [text text-nnn class:CSS-SELECTOR] with the CSS-SELECTOR being what I copied from the field in my Integrations section (.inputXXX). I just end up with a text field in my final form; not sure if there’s still some inner conflict, if that’s not how I should format it, or if it’s just not working. ?????♂?

    Hello Kevin,

Sorry to hear about the conflict between Date Picker and Adobe’s plugin. If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket with your admin login details and a screen recording to help us replicate the problem.
