• I have just installed and activated this plugin however when I follow the documentation and go to woocommerce > settings > shipping I cannot see the settings area for this plugin.

    I also when trying to connect to aus post cannot find my charge/billing account numbers…. I have used the number given with the QR code to get discounts through auspost business and looked at invoices as I was prompted to but cannot find it.

    Hello @bonnieadmin
    The free plugin does not connect to your Australia Post business account.
    You can access the plugin’s settings page by assigning the Australia Post method to one of the shipping zones and then click on Australia Post.
