• Since we completed the latest update to version 0.25.6, we first realised something was wrong where certain old assets and all newly uploaded assets within our media library, were not displaying and showing at 500 server errors. We narrowed this down to being due to a htaccess issue mixed with WebP Express with it functioning normally when disabling the plugin. The issue is that there is an error message displaying when trying to access the settings of WebP Express preventing us from updating the htaccess. This is the error when navigating to the settings page: *Within an alert* “document.getElementById(“converters”) returns null. Strange! Please report.” Would you please be able to advise here as temporarily, we have just had to remove the plugin from the live site.
