Hi, I just installed the plugin successfully, but when I start the setup, it doesn’t load the browser and I get an error. I thought it was the hosting, but no, I tried it with two other hosting and it’s the same problem. Something is wrong with the plugin.

    Hey @olmunso,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you have errors during the setup! Would you be able to let me know the specific error you ran into? If it was not displayed on the site, you may have received an email from WordPress with the error, or the error may be in your server’s PHP Error log. We haven’t identified any general issues with the plugin, so it could also be a conflict with other plugins, themes, or even the database user permissions.

    Best regards,
    Joel

    Hi Joel,

Thank you for your answer, I tell you that I carried out some tests in different hosting services and reinstalling wordpress without any additional plugin or theme and the error “the page does not respond” appears.

The plugin installs correctly, but when I click on the next button to start the youtube channel setup the whole wordpress dashboard stops and then I get a popup with the message “page is not responding”. And the php log doesn’t show any error.

    Greetings.

    Hey @olmunso,

That does sound odd! We have yet to have any other users run into this specific error so I am wondering whether it could be due to a specific setup on your end – specific browser extensions or using a service like AdGuard on your PC. For us to dig into this further, could you reach out using our support form found here? If you are able to access the ‘Help’ section of the plugin, please include the System Info that is found there, otherwise standard information about your WordPress installation such as WordPress version and PHP version will be helpful.

    Thanks!
