    Both of those plugins load JavaScript on the admin pages to load the a3 Plugin Framework. That script is loaded from the footer – What theme are you using? Please check that it has the footer.php file and that the file contains wp_footer

    I know that there are some theme developers who don’t include that file even though it is WordPress codex that all themes should have structure like that.

    That would be the first place to start. If the theme does have the footer.php file and it has wp_footer in the file then there is a broken JavaScript on you admin panel from another plugin or the theme that is blocking the script from loading – you can easily check that using your browser inspector.

    Please both of those in that order.
