[Plugin: Shadowbox JS] Any way to just load the content from post? Hide header, footer or sidebar

I have the plugin working on my site and it is loading how it is supposed to. I am just curious if it is possible to make this plugin only load the contents from the post in the shadowbox window. Having it load the entire site again in my popup defeats the purpose of having this plugin ??
