[Plugin: ShadowBox JS] For Featured Images (PLEASE help!)

I’d like to be able to click on featured images on the homepage and have them open into video boxes on my site. Shadowbox works just like this in regular posts because I can set the video url as the link. I can’t seem to do this on the featured image though.
