[Plugin: Shadowbox JS] Shadowbox not working with some images

Hi
I have installed shadowbox JS on one of my test blogs before going live. It works fine with images in the body of the pages and posts but not with images in the footer area and the side bar! These images are in the widgets and I was wondering if I have to add a specific code in order to get them to reference Shadowbox JS. At present they simply open in the same page. The main thing is that with the Auto Thickbox plugin they work fine!

Any help?
