[Plugin: Share and Follow] Facebook Share/Gravatar Logo Issue

    Hi everyone,

    I love the Share & Follow plugin and just installed it either yesterday or the day before. It’s been working beautifully, until this evening when I noticed that a friend had tried to share one of my articles on Facebook. I noticed that my images are no longer showing up and instead the G Gravatar logo is all that will show up. I’ve read through the forums about this issue and noticed that other people have been having the same problem. I saw the suggestion to wait 24 hours, but I just want to make sure i’m doing this all correctly. All I want is for the FB user to have the option to use either the post’s image or my sites logo. Can anyone help? Will this resolve itself within 24 hours when FB updates its cache? Thank you for your help. Oh and my website address is https://www.fredhystere.com/.

    Actually let me change one thing I said: I’d actually like for the post’s image to be the only image that can be shared on Facebook. Is that possible? And if so, how can I do it? And why are some of the posts sharing properly but some of them having this G Gravatar logo issue? Thanks again.

    change the setting of the “share image” for posts to be “image from post” and make sure that you use the WordPress Media Library rather than pasting in an IMG tag.

    after 24hrs it will be as you want it.

    If there is no image in your post it will try the site logo, if there is no site logo it will show your gravatar image.
