[Plugin: Share and Follow] wrong url for share icons on the blog page

Hi,
I’m using the share and follow plugin in a quite simple configuration. My problem is that on my blog page the links for the share icons are sharing the URL of my very first blog post instead of the blog page itself. It seem a bit out of the configuration options, but you might be able to help me.
Example:
Expected linkedin link:
https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=http%3A%2F%2Fgerionsecurity.com%2Fblog%2FActual linkedin link:
https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=http%3A%2F%2Fgerionsecurity.com%2F2012%2F05%2Fkeeping-track-of-yourself%2F&title=Keeping+track+of+yourself&…etc..You could check it on-line here:
