[Plugin: ShareThis] Plugin hacked

Hi,
When I try to share some posts via Facebook, I get a cialis ad.

The share this is on the sidebar under “Page Tools”.
It’s hit or miss. Sometimes it shows as expected, others, I get the cialis ad.
Any ideas?
