Plugin short-code breaks pages

This plugin works fine on POSTS, but is entirely BROKEN if you try to use the shortcode on PAGES. I was told about this and tried it on a page to verify and sure enough – add it to a page and you get a 503 error (one that never resolves). I had to deactivate the plugin in order to be able to edit the page and remove the shortcode. This is the issue that others have reported (not terribly clearly) in the previous thread. It’s been several weeks now and there has been no response. Is this going to be FIXED??? It doesn’t bode well for the future of this very nice plugin if something as serious as this bug is not attended to promptly. ?? Please respond.
