Plugin shortcode – Author Spotlight (Widget)

    Why do you need a shortcode? This is a WordPress Widget and you can practically put it anywhere on your theme by adding a widget area, there are several tutorials on web like this one. Once the widget area is created, you can drag-and-drop this widget from Appearance > Widget section like a regular sidebar widget.
