[Plugin: Shortcodes Pro] Is it possible to share shortcodes on all sites on multisite installation?

I wanted to use shortcodes pro (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/shortcodes-pro/) to manage some ads that will go on every site on a multisite wp installation, the plugin works fine on multisite but I have to create shortcodes individually on each site, I know I could create them once and then export/import them, but if I want to edit one shortcode I will have to edit all the site.

Is there a way to manage all the shortcodes from the network admin dashboard instead of on each site individually?

If not, does someone knows a plugin that does that?
