plugin – show page same hierachie level navi

hello,

maybe a thousand times asekd, but i can′t find an answer.

i need a plugin that shows me the pages on the same hierachical level where i′m currently on. BUT should work with the order of the menue and not on parented sites (because there is nothing parented, just ordered in menue aaapearence).
