    It may not caused by my plugin but i can still give you some solutions
    First of all, you can get back your WordPress by delete some of the new plugin which you just installed from FTP ofwp-content/plugins/
    Then, the “blank page problem” may happen transferring your WordPress from different Host. so try to install new WordPress, that’s the best way to avoid those unstable problems.
