Plugin showing own IP failed attemps

As long as I stay logged in, I’m fine, but as soon as I logout, I get a notice saying too many failed attempts, and I’m locked out. Upon looking at the loginizer info, it’s saying that there have been multiple login attempts from an IP – the same IP that it lists as being my own. Why would this be happening??
