Plugin Showing Too Many UPS Live Rates

    Hey guys.. love your plugin! Thank you so much for the effort you put forth on this.

    I have a company UPS account setup with Ship Station (with only one option, Ground). And that is the only carrier I have setup in SS.

    However, on the checkout page on the Woocommerce site, it shows this ground option but it also shows All UPS Shipstation UPS options. This isn’t even setup in SS.

    Could you advise on how to prevent this from showing up?
