Have you specified a custom Logo Color for social share icons in the Theme Selection section at Super Socializer > Social Sharing page in admin? If you do that, plugin needs to make changes in the default CSS files that come with the plugin. In this case, you can ignore these warnings.
If you have not specified a custom Logo Color for social share icons, I would need url of the webpages where you are using this plugin.

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I did use custom colours so I guess it is a false positive. I might have to change the plugin though because it doesn’t work well with PowerPack ??

If you let me know what exact issue you are facing with PowerPack, would be able to help you out.
