Plugin shows no posts

  • I’m using this plugin because none of the WPBakery post listing add-ons seem to respect sticky posts.

    However, after configuring the plugin and calling the shortcode, it doesn’t show any posts at all. The plugin settings for the Post tab are:
    Post type: post
    Taxonomy: category
    Terms: insights (this is a category for standard WP posts)
    Posts per page: 12
    Pagination: not selected

    The insights category has two posts in it. The WPBakery plugins (there are three on the page at the time of writing) each show the two posts, but this plugin shows the “Sorry, no posts were found” message. Of the two posts, the one titled “What is a Liquid Workforce” is sticky – but the WPBakery plugins show it second, rather than first. Still, that’s better than showing nothing at all.

    Update: I just experimented with deselecting the category taxonomy, so that it is set up to show ALL posts … and it still shows nothing. ??
