[Plugin: SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam] Files aren't cleaned up

I’m using the SI Captcha plugin and i discovered, while making a backup of my site, that the wpcf7_captcha folder contains more than 20.000 files. Doesn’t the plugin do some cleanup or something? Or am i missing something?
