[Plugin: SideOffer] Unable to attach an updated image

    Hello SideOffer,

    Thank you very much for this wonderful plugin.

    I’m trying to change the background image to reflect my clients brand, however when I select the image “from computer” or “media library” the image does not load and when I select it from “images” the Admin image disappears along with the URL (still not allowing to add the image).

    Are you able to upload images in your wordpress install outside of SideOffer (by going to Media > Add New) ?

    This sounds like an issue with the media up loader rather than SideOffer specifically.

    With that being said, try what I just suggested and let me know the result.

    Thank you very much for your reply!

    Yes, I’m able to upload images via Media. Never had any issues before. Did as you suggested, uploaded an image a couple of minutes ago and had no issues.

    Hmm, very strange. What version of the plugin and what version of wordpress are you running? Also, is it a single install or a multisite?

    It is very strange!

    WordPress 3.4.1
    Sideoffer 1.0.2
    It’s a single site.

    Hello Heavy Digital,

    I was able to figure it out. I deactivated all the plugins uploaded the image, activated the plugins and it worked well.
