[Plugin: Simple 301 Redirects] Capabilities not defined correctly

Thanks for the plugin, very useful!

I just wanted to let you know that you aren’t quite using capabilities correctly in your add_options_page() function. Instead of ’10’ you should use something like ‘manage_options’ these days.

I’ve had to hack this for a client, so it would be great if it could be included in the next update.
