[Plugin: Simple Auto Featured Image] Not Working on Site

After trying again, I’ve noticed that the plugin may be adding featured images to some of the posts, but not all. Most do not have a featured image.

The plugin chooses images attached to the post and not the library !

Can you modify the plugin to take a random picture from the library instead?

Im using your plugin to get a featured imaged attached to a custom post type. The images are uploaded via a form and stored in a custom field.

The plugin works if me as administrator update the post submitted by the user via form, otherwise image will not be auto set as featured image, despite being correctly attached to the post gallery. I would like to have this totally in auto way. Can you give a help doing this?
