[Plugin: Simple "Coming soon" And "Under construction"] Can't turn off!

I can’t turn off the plugin, I have even tried deleting it from my hosting account, but once I log out I still see the “Under Construction” page but with no images or styling.
I need to get this site back up for a client!
Any help is greatly appreciated.
