[Plugin: Simple Contact Form Revisited Widget] Compatibility with "MU Domain Mapping"?

Hi.

We have a MU setup for several blogs.

Some blogs are “directly” accessible (as https://www.mudomain.org/blogname) while some other are mapped to their own FQDN (accessible as https://www.myowndomain.org).

On the “directly” accessible blogs, your plugin works great.

On the mapped blogs, it’s not completely working : when clicking on “Send”, the mail is sent, the button content changes to “wait” and nothing else happens.

Any idea how to fix it?
