[Plugin: Simple Custom Post Types] Getting a 404 page on custom post type

I am getting a 404 page on one of my custom post types. For anything that is of the post type “team” I get a 404 page: https://velonews.competitor.com/team/garmin-cervelo. But the other custom post type I created using the same plugin and the Simple Fields plugin displays just fine at: https://velonews.competitor.com/cyclist/chris-butler.

I misspelled the post type database name the first time and then used the flush and delete to get rid of it and then create it again spelled correctly and ever since then I have gotten the 404 page.

Has anyone seen this behavior with this plugin and do you know of any fixes for it?
