[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] How does it work?

I have installed and activated the plugin, I have saved my App_ID and App_Secret, now, how do I make the plugin work? I have marked the login and registration checkboxes in plugin settings, but how do I put the registration form where I want it to be?
