[Plugin: Simple Links] Add Internationalization Please

Hello,

I am starting a new branch to work on this adding support for this.
Once support has been added, I will generate a pot file and post a link for people who would like to translate.

Daveshine –
If you could create the mo/po file in German for the pot I create, that would be wonderful, since I can’t write any German.

The plugin now support internationalization. You will find the .pot file here https://plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com/simple-links/trunk/languages/simple-links.pot

There are currently no .mo translations files yet, but the support is now there.

Anyone who would like to help translate may send me the completed .mo file for their language and I will add it to the languages folder in the plugin.

Otherwise the domain is ‘simple-links’ for anyone who would like to use the translation functionality.
