[Plugin: Simple Local Avatars] Translations not loaded in front end

Hi,
very very nice plugin. I’ve tryed a few to manage user avatars, but this is by far the most scalable and usable.

I love especially the compatibility with Theme My Login plugin. Using them both makes front end editing profile for users a lot easy to develop.

I have just one little issue: translations are not loaded in front end (on custom Theme My Login profile-form.php template).

and a little request: it would be awesome if one could change the avatar form layour without changing plugin file.
