The blog sidebar will only be replaced if you’ve set the “Posts Page” settings to your blog page on the Settings->Reading screen. Or if you’re using a custom loop, you’ll need to be sure to use wp_reset_query() afterward. Let me know if that helps.

Wow, thanks for the quick support Brady. I have the post page set up as Blog as shown below:

    Front page displays:

    A static page (select below)

Front page: Greetings and Welcome to Boulder Health Guide
    Posts page: Blog

So what exactly do I change from here? It is currently pulling in the main sidebar.

No problem. From what I can see, your settings look like they should be fine, so it could be a conflict with another plugin or the way your theme loads sidebars. Do you know if the theme is available anywhere for me to take a look at it? And are you running the latest version of WordPress and this plugin?

You might also try deactivating your other plugins and testing to confirm that there isn’t a conflict with one them.

I think it may actually be the theme, as other sidebar issues have come up. I am using the Vantage theme by Appthemes. I would be happy to send you the .zip file if you give me your email. Yes, latest version of wordpress and I just downloaded the plugin a few days ago.
