[Plugin: Simple Post Template] v2.0 adds in "\" before chars after saving

My default template has the double-quote character in: “

If I go to edit my template, I notice it’s been escaped, so all instances appear like this: \”

So now every time I want to edit the template I have to remove all instances of \” and replace them again with ” .
