[Plugin: Simple Tags] Auto suggest shows deleted tags

Hi all,

I am very happy with the plugin, but I have been noticing some weird behaviour and I am curious if anyone else has the same problem:

I have a blog with dozens of authors, so that means a lot of tags and unfortunately, some mistakes as well. For example, somebody once entered “Geert Mak In Europa tv geschiedenis Waan van de dag” as a tag where it should have been “Geert Mak, In Europa, tv, geschiedenis, Waan v/d dag”

This error was quickly corrected, and a search for this tag yields no results. When publishing a new post though, this tag still shows up in the suggested tags dropdown. Which is quite annoying since “Waan v/d Dag” is our most used tag ??

Has anybody ever experienced something like this? And is there a way to modify the suggested tags?
