[Plugin: Simple Taxonomy] How to show new taxonomies on posts?

I can’t find how to use any of this in any of the reference material surrounding this plugin. I’ve looked through the plugin’s web site and the plugin page on www.ads-software.com, as well as the readme that comes with the plugin.

How are you supposed to add the new taxonomy to the end of posts? The readme said something about a custom field plugin, but i can’t find the one that is being referred to.

Also, there is no documentation I can find about what the template tags are so i can just go in and change the theme to display them.
