[Plugin: SimpleMap] How can I style the results?

    I just discovered and really like SimpleMap! How can I style or configure the results portion?

    For instance, my uploaded csv has provider names in two columns. first & last. SimpleMap is currently only displaying the last name. I’d like to make it show “Last, First”.
