[Plugin: SimpleMap Store Locator] Is it possible to Search by Name?

Hi,

I’m using Simple Map and I want to add field which will be searchable by Name, Company, Tags …. I see on the screenshot that this options is available but I don’t know how to integrate. Can you give me some source code or some detail explanation for how to do it.
