[Plugin: SimpleModal Contact Form (SMCF)] Unable to display form

Do you have a link I can view?

How is your “contact” link being generated. Is it hand-coded or generated from a WP function (if so, which one)?

am re-enabling the plugin right now, you can check the page at https://www.liquidskydesign.org/contacts; it’s only on the english page and it’s hand-coded, you can check the source code also.

Do you have the following in your theme (most likely footer.php):

<?php wp_footer(); ?>

I’m guessing that is the problem because I don’t see the smcf.js file being loaded.

that worked out! It was missing in the footer.php, now I’ve added and it works like a charm, thank you a lot for the help!

And, one more thing: when opening, the windows is not displayed properly and scroll bars are present; I tried to look into the plugin css (smcf.css) to look for height and more to set, but was unable to find the right parameters.

I’ve browsed all the topics about the SMCF and used some tricks you were posting; unfortunately there are things I cannot understand and the contact form wasn’t displaying correctly, so I deactivated it.

Anyway I have to say that the plugin works so will change my vote on the main page.

@claudia – it could be any number of issues, mostly likely CSS related. Sorry I wasn’t able to get back to you sooner, but I’ve been out of town.

If it’s possible to send me some screen shots or re-enable the plugin (and let me know what browser you are having issues in) I can take another look.

Actually on ./lsd won’t reactivate the plugin but am willing to put it on another site, now in development.
If something will go weird I’ll surely keep on posting to get help.
