[Plugin: Simply Exclude] Allow non-admin users to set search options for posts

    This is part of the user roles/capabilities. Get a roles management plugin from the wordpress repository then you can grant certain users the ability to ‘manage_options’ which is how Simply-Exclude sets the main nav options.
