[Plugin: Simply Instagram] shadowbox image and information does not show up

i downloaded the plugin from wp, but had some problems with the shadowbox feature. the image is broken and the information does not show up. in fact, i think the information that is there is fpo or genaric text only. (the date is Dec – 1969) is this a bug or is this something from my end. i checked the forums and found that the shadowbox may be broken because simply instagram may not be authorized properly from instagram side, but mine is connected properly. as a last resort, i decided to delete the version i got from wp and download the plugin directly from your website and upload manually. i also wiped my instagram and started over with the authorization, but had the same outcome. then so is there something i am missing or is this a bug? https://rabbitholefoods.com/gallery/
