• The installation works fine and I can see the config pages as well as the modified “add new site”. However, the configuration done in the template site doesn’t get copied to the new sites. For example, the plugins enabled in the template site don’t get enabled in the new created sites.

I’m suspecting that the template site I specified in the site-creation-wizard configuration page doesn’t get detected. The reason I suspect that is because, when I click on “search” icon to choose a tempalte site, it returns “Site ID -1”, so I manually put in the template site name. When I check the link to the “search icon”, it is https://<SITE NAME>/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=scw-findsite&target=typeoption_0_modelblog&TB_iframe=1&height=480&width=800. But I couldn’t find the “scw-findsite” function in admin-ajax.php.

  • Hi,
I’m struggling with this plugin too: will be great if it works!
Be aware of a couple of things:
You need to add the site like you are another user: ie don’t do it from the super admin or admin panels: otherwise you don’t see the options to add new site: which look something like this.

Select the type of blog you would like to create:
Social Site (this is one I’ve added)
    Default
Unformatted Site, best for advanced users who already have experience with WordPress.
Select the feature set you want for your blog:
Social features (this is one I’ve added)

Having said that, I can’t post to my new sites even though they are created with all the right themes, widgets etc so I can’t help you beyond that, I just know for a long time I thought the plugin wasn’t doing anything at all bc I always created sites from the superadmin screen.
Hope this helps, sorry if I didn’t really attend to your question and details though.
