[Plugin: Slick Contact Forms] Slick Contact form Not Validating

Hello,

I’m using your Slick Contact From plugin and it appears to not be validating, I’d rather not hack the code myself due to plugin updates. These issues could also affect the accessibility of the form.

These are the validation errors:
