[Plugin: Slideshow Gallery Pro] Link in description field overrides Link To field

    I have a slideshow where I put a link to a blog post in the description field of each slide.

    I also use the “Link To” field for users to pop-up a larger version of the image directly in their browser.

    For some reason, the description link always overrides the Link To url. If I remove the link in the description field then the Link To url functions as normal.

    Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

    Are you using the Default fade, or one of the transitions using Orbit (ie, all the other ones)

    Hey cpres, I’m using the default, so I can have the thumbnails.

    Damn. Sorry that’s a big fat bug. ??

    I’ll look to have a fix for the next release.

    Ok cool, but for now I was able to work around it.

    I just put in a link at the very top of the description field, except I don’t place any anchor text (nothing in between the tags).

    This link will then be used as the “Link to” on the slide.

    I can place another link in the description and that link will be left alone. So for now at least there’s a workaround.
