[Plugin: Slideshow Gallery] Slideshow Hiding CSS Menu

I’ve been using the plugin, which I love, but a client is complaining that a CSS dropdown menu is being hidden by the slideshow. I realize this is an IE 7 issue and it’s an old browser. But has anyone come up with a fix?
