Plugin slowing down site

I ran the P3 – Plugin Performance Profiler to understand why the site was slow. The plugin YITH WooCommerce Request A Quote is 36 % of the total sites load time, 1 sec.
It’s one of 33 plugins.
Is there anything I can do about this? Other than change the plugin….https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/
