Plugin Slows Down the Site

I have created very simple listing pages using this plugin of my website.
But the “Listing Publish” queries take almost 30 seconds to process in MySQL.
Check: https://imgur.com/a/pbbPTFPI have a very solid Cloud Hosting Config: 8 CPUs/ 16GB RAM / 200 GB SSD but still due to slow queries (generated by Toolkit), there is a very CPU consumption.
